FIELD MAINTENANCE: All fields are dragged
during the season. Some are done more often than others. Please let
us know if you think there is a problem with a particular field,
i.e. dragging, marking, grass needs cutting, etc. Port-a-lets or
bathrooms are provided for almost every field when legally permitted.
Please do not let your children go to the bathroom unless there is
a facility available.
GAMES: Once schedules have been published,
there will be no changes to the schedule unless weather related.
The league office can only do rescheduling of games. If a team cannot
field a team for a game, it will be considered a forfeit. Practice
and game fields are very tight and there is very little room to change
games.
GAME CANCELLATIONS:
All
game cancellations will be done through
Simplified Alerts. You can have your email and/or cell
phone listed. It is very easy to sign up. This will be the only
way cancellations will be sent to you.
Due to the varying
weather from one side of town to the other it may be raining at your
house but sunny at the field. Because thunderstorms can happen suddenly
there may not be enough time to post a cancellation. Umpires are
paid for a game if it is not officially cancelled by 3 p.m.
PARKING: Please be mindful of parking
restrictions Residents around fields get very upset if you part on
the street when a parking lot is available but might be a longer
distance to walk. Fields will be taken away from us if parents are
not conscience of homeowners in the area. Please take additional
care to park in the school parking lot at Peabody School. The residents
in that area are very upset about teams parking on the street and
blocking their driveways.
OPENING DAY:
Opening Day will also be picture day. Dinger may make an
appearance. Check back for further information on dates, times
and place.

will be honored by postmark if there is difficulty honoring all requests.

it is impossible.
SPONSORSHIPS: For
$1500 the league will put the name of your business on a banner
to be displayed at all games by your team. Your business will be
listed in programs as a "Hall of Fame." The
league will also provide you with a plaque and a team picture

back of the team uniforms if you desire.
If you bring in a $1500
